Shipping Information
Orders
processed the same day except except weekends and holidays.
Our Ohio location provides excellent shipping to all parts of the United
States. We ship UPS regular ground, next day air, or second day air.
All orders are shipped prepaid FOB from our warehouse. You will be notified
on all tracking and order information via internet, order status will be
posted within 48 hours of orders and change in real time.
Please allow
up to 48-96 hours for tracking information and order processing. Orders
possibly are shipped from multiple locations

Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice. As a matter
of practice, we do our best to notify out customers in advance of such
increases.
Excellent Payment Terms And
Conditions: All orders are prepaid unless credit has been
established. Master Card, Visa, Amex, and Discover are also
accepted. Please feel free to call for a credit application, we will
send or fax you one immediately and we will notify you as soon as your
credit has been approved. We accept purchase orders from Local and
Government, Municipalities, Schools, Colleges, Etc..

Back Orders
Many of our items are available for immediate shipping.
However, due to seasonal availability, some orders are shipped in 7 to 10
business days (which does not include holidays or weekends), often sooner,
depending on the part ordered and if it is in stock at our warehouses or
our distributors.
Unfortunately, we sometimes do not have a particular product in stock, and
neither do our distributors. Sohar's Inc./ Rcpw Inc. may not receive
notification from our suppliers if an item is on backorder. If your order
has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact our Customer
Service at orders@rcpw.com, or call 800-937-7279. If your desired item or
items are discontinued or backordered for more than 4 weeks, you will be
contacted at the earliest date with the options of continuing to wait for
a backordered product, substituting it for a similar item, or receiving a
full refund on the backordered part or parts.
All orders will be shipped when all
products requested are available. We will ship orders partially or
incomplete only upon request, but an additional freight charge may apply
for the partially shipped order.

Return Policy
Limited Warranty Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse Inc.
warrants its parts to be free from defect in material and workmanship under
normal use and service for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns: Please email
ahead for return authorization form and a return form will be sent to you.
Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or refund.
This warranty shall not apply to any part which Replacement Commercial Parts
Warehouse Inc., I in its sole judgment determines whether the part has been
subject to misuse or improper installation. Sohars All Season Mower
Service Inc & Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse Inc. shall not be
liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of
reasonable care, or misapplication of our products.
We are not responsible for unseen
delays for "special ordered" items, or production delays as they are
beyond our control
If we have made an mistake in
shipping parts, we will assume only the responsibility of purchase
price, and shipping both ways. Items are to be returned in new condition and
shipped in the manner we specify. You will not be charged a
restocking fee.
All Returns are subject to a
25% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
"Special Order" items are not returnable.
(Decks, Bag Kits, Engines, Accessories, and factory ordered parts.)
If we have sent you a part that is wrong,
and you provided the part number, you are responsible for all return
freight and any incurred expenses.
We can not accept any returned
electrical merchandise. Industry Standard. We also CANNOT accept returns of
Gaskets, Seals & Electrical Items. And no returns on any installed parts
Must be returned within 30 days of
receipt of your order. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
