Limited Warranty
- Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse Inc. warrants
its parts to be free from defect in material and workmanship under normal
use and service for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.
- Return must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. No returns
after 14 days will be accepted.

Liability under this warranty is limited to replacement of parts or refund. This
warranty shall not apply to any part which Replacement Commercial Parts
Warehouse Inc., in its sole judgment, determines whether the part has been
subject to misuse or improper installation. Sohars All Season Mower Service Inc
& Replacement Commercial Parts Warehouse Inc. shall not be liable for any
injury, loss, or damage arising out of misuse, abuse, lack of reasonable care,
or misapplication of our products.
How to make a return
Please use the
Return Authorization Request.
"Special Order" Items
- We are not responsible for unseen delays for "special
order" items, or production delays as they are beyond our control.
- If we have made an mistake in shipping parts, we will assume only the
responsibility of purchase price, and shipping both ways. Items are to be
returned in new condition and shipped in the manner we specify. You will not be
charged a restocking fee.
- If we have sent you a part that is wrong, and you provided the part number,
you are responsible for all return freight and any incurred expenses.
Fees:
- All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable
- Returns made without an RMA may or may not receive a refund. RCPW has sole
discretion whether or not to give refunds for these returns. A 35% (or higher)
restock fee may apply.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used parts and accessories are not returnable.
- "Special Order" items are not returnable. (these include decks, bag kits,
engines (including short blocks, crankshafts, etc.), accessories, catchers and
other factory ordered parts)
- Electrical or related merchandise (per industry standard)
- Carburetors and carburetor parts
- Gaskets and/or seals
- Installed parts
All returns must be in original unopened and undamaged packaging with no
labels or markings on boxes or packaging. Parts received with labels or writing
on original packaging will be refused.
