I purchased these skid plates [Roller-Skid # 1250] for my 200lb Ariens Sno
Throw 28". I only wish I would have purchased them sooner. They make my snow
blower handle like a 50 lb paddle type two stroke. Absolutely unbelievable
how well these work. I am 34 and in good shape, after 10 minutes of using
this machine my hands would hurt from it jerking around due to the steel
scraping the pavement. These skids make it slide like it's on smooth glass
covered in WD40, no kidding.

blower. I've used it several times this week with this latest snow storm. It
starts so easily with the pull cord that I haven't even used the electric
starter yet. It has handled fairly heavy wind packed drifts to 12 or 14
inches easily. Of equal importance is how impressed I am with the quality of
my experience with Sohar's staff and service. Your friendly, professional
and capable service are truly appreciated and will keep me coming back for

I got home today to find a very pleasant surprise, a new recoil starter
assembly for my mower! I was not expecting this in any way, and am
completely surprised! This is great service. I can't wait until we have
decent weather to try it. This could take a few months, I live in up-state
NY, and we are getting 30-40 degree weather, so I don't think I'll be mowing
frozen grass anytime soon! :) I am still curious as to what happened with
the other parts, but will keep Sohar's at the top of my list next time I or

Just a quick note to say thanks, the order arrived in a timely manner, the
order was as placed, packed well. This is the second order for me, the first
was many years ago, these things do wear out! I'll be back when these parts
wear out - I mow about 3 acres, it's overuse for what it is used for,
running over saplings, branches, rocks here and there but my 17HP Murray
just keeps on truckin' with your parts!!!! Very impressed with the quality

The customer focus is absolutely superb. I placed an order on Saturday for
parts and the lawn died on Monday. I called late on Tuesday to cancel the
order and they immediately went to the shipping department to stop the order
and issue a credit. You saved me the headache of shipping everything back
and being charged a restock fee.

Needed a carburetor for my Troy Bilt Storm snowblower, the thing never ran
right when I bought it 7 years ago. Sam from parts pointed me in the right
direction for the part and I had it in 2 days, snowblower runs better than

Just wanted to thank you and your guys for helping me out with a problem I
had with a snowblower. Rebuilt the carb but wouldnt throttle up drove me
nuts and Petes first word was carb and manifold gaskets. Got them today and
a float for another engine. Blower fired right up and no problems with idle
or throttle-up. I know you taught me to always replace any gasket but
looking at them they didnt seem bad. Wont make the mistake again. Anyways
Thankyou again certainly couldn't have hired a better crew of mechanics.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your team for the
effort put in to get the Tecumseh oil filler parts to me here at the bottom
of the world (New Zealand). I must admit that being such a small order I
thought it may not have received the priority that it did. The parts arrived
today and I have distributed them to friends who have run their mowers under
shrubs and sheared off the top of the filler. Mowing lawns and washing cars
is the main weekend pastime of most New Zealand males (fishing is a close
3rd), so you have made a few of us very happy. PS I live in a city of 1
million people and could not source this part locally, hence the approach to
yourselves.

I sent an email request to your company this morning asking for help finding
a part for the Briggs engine on my Ariens lawn mower. Within 20 minutes I
received a response from Nate offering assistance and asking for the
engine's part #. After I got that info from my wife at home, I emailed it to
Nate and within a short time he had identified the part that I needed. He
even emailed the parts diagram. Because of his help, I have already ordered
the part. I'm normally one to shop around, but chose not to because I felt
that Nate's work had earned my business.
