Order Processing & Shipping Information
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Our Ohio location provides excellent shipping to all parts of the United States. We ship USPS Priority, USPS Express, UPS/FedEx Ground, UPS/FedEx Second Day Air or UPS/FedEx Next Day Air. All orders are shipped prepaid FOB from our warehouse. Order status and order information are available via our order status & tracking link on the left. Order status is usually updated within 48-72 hours and will change in real time.
- Improperly ordered parts are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Weekend orders (after close on Friday through early Monday morning) will be processed on Mondays.
- Please allow up to 48-96 hours for tracking information and order processing. You will be notified on all tracking and order information via internet, order status will be posted within 48 hours of orders and change in real time.
- Orders will be confirmed via e-mail.
International Order Information:(for customers outside of the continental United States)
- You will receive a customized shipping quote after you have placed an order on our website. No charges will be made to your credit card until the shipping quote has been accepted. Please make sure your email address is valid as this is our primary mode of contact with you.
- We ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail or Express Mail and will email you with a shipping quote within 24-48 hours after order is placed.
- If you wish to use your own shipping service or have a package shipped via your account number, there will be a $20 service fee.
- Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority or UPS/FedEx ground. If you wish to have your order shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select, please follow these instructions: Add your parts/equipment to the shopping cart and fill out your order information. In the comment field of the checkout form, please request pricing for another shipping method as well as the easiest way to contact you. We will call you or email you with pricing information (Remember order must be filled out!)
- Please note that if you just mark a method of shipment in the comment field without requesting a quote, your order will ship that method (if that method is possible) and you will not be contacted with a shipping quote. To obtain a shipping quote, you must put "request" in the special instructions box.
- Items that cannot ship standard UPS or FedEx and must go truck line will have additional fees. (Example: engines, decks, seats, catchers, edgers, hoods, and other items that are too large/heavy for UPS or FedEx). Due to changes made by FedEx and UPS at the beginning of 2015, additional shipping charges may be required for parts considered oversize, like hoods, catchers, seats, etc.
- Please allow up to 48-96 hours for tracking information and order processing. On occasion, parts are shipped from multiple locations, therefore, parts may come at different times of the week. If you have only received part of your order, please wait one full business day before contacting us.
- If you wish to have an order shipped using your UPS (Ground/Air Package Service) or FedEx (Ground Package Service only) account information, there will be a $10 service fee.
