The housing fan 59066-7008 would that be considered the shroud that covers the engine fan? Just want to know, before I order. Kawasaki FH430V-AS12.

Hey Gregory - this is the cover for the engine. It is the piece of plastic that covers the engine components and has a hole in the middle for the recoil or the fan.
